HOW IT WORKS

Purchase and download your files from Etsy (Purchases and Reviews > Download Files).
Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or the Word file in Microsoft Word.
Click any field, type, tick the checkboxes, and add your company name.
Save a copy for each job and send it to your client as a PDF.

Totals are typed in by hand; the forms do not auto-calculate.

The PDF works best in Adobe Acrobat Reader; other viewers may save fields differently.
